James brings over two decades of property management experience along Ireland’s west coast, overseeing a diverse portfolio of holiday homes for both local and international clients. His extensive experience, combined with a deep understanding of coastal weather conditions, older building maintenance, and the unique demands of rural properties, enables him to deliver a truly bespoke service. James is committed to ensuring every home under his care is maintained to the highest standard throughout the year. He lives in Co. Clare with his wife and their two children.

With decades of hands-on experience, he is widely regarded as one of Malta’s leading experts in the property industry, known for his deep market insight, strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence. He holds a BSc degree in Business and Computers from the University of Malta.
